There’s an easy, painless way to pay off your 30-year mortgage in just 22 years. Not many people know about this trick.

There are two ways to pull it off.

The first is to simply make one extra house payment per year—13 annual payments instead of 12. The second is to make automatic payments every two weeks rather than every month. One payment every two weeks equates to 26 half payments per year, or 13 total.

When you see the interest savings, you will literally shake your head!

If you take this step from the very beginning with your home loan, you will pay it off in just 22 years instead of 30. Seeing how much money you’ll save in interest will literally make you shake your head!
