Welcome to our last video blog post of year. We wanted to say thank you to everyone that has either bought or sold a home with us, referred us clients, or even just called looking for vendors to help you do things around your home.

We always strive to be the sort of resource that you can call for anything you might need, whether it’s real estate related or not.

Thank you so much for your support this year!

Again, this is just our little way of saying thank you. Thank you for coming to our events this year. We have a lot of fun stuff planned for 2017.

Since I was remote in Las Vegas and the home was for sale in Carson City they (The Lessinger Team) had to do quite a bit of running back and forth with the house to work with contractors and inspectors and stuff like that. We had some unpleasant surprises we had to deal with with the house and things that we didn’t know had to be fixed. They were my eyes and ears dealing with some of these people that we had to hire and deal with to take care of issues with the house, so in that regard, I think they really earned their money.”

Sharon K -“Well, they were phenomenally fabulous. So he’s not just your run of the mill Realtor that sells you a house or lists your home and then you never see them again. He’s ended up being a personal friend to all of us also, which makes it really, really nice that you know he’s got a personal stake in the whole thing with helping you out.”

Nancy -“We were very, very pleased with him and his office completely. Would recommend him to anyone and he’s a nice guy and works hard. And we said okay here’s what we want, don’t show us anything else, we’re very happy with him.”

Morgan -“Always good communication with Brian. He was always quick to help us with any needs as far as raising the price for our house or lowering the price for our house. He was always proactive and positive. He always stayed in contact with us because he helped find a house for us to buy in 2009 and then he helped us sell the same house in 2016, this year. We were trying to get into a rental a month ago and in order to get in the rental, there were other people trying to get in the same rental so I asked them to call the property manager and give us a good referral and they were really happy to do that. That was partly the reason we got into the rental we wanted to get into.”

Cynthia -“They did a lot of research for us and got everything lined up for us so that when we came into town we spent one day looking at 12-14 properties. Then that early evening we wrote an offer on a house so just having everything set up so that we could move quickly was really great. The people who bought our house in California were not able to extend the time that they needed to move in so one of the things that Brian and his team did negotiate for us to actually rent the house we were buying. So, we rented the house for about two weeks. They helped us navigate through getting the utilities set up and getting the internet turned on… Brian was here the whole time to make sure that all of it happened.”
