“I think we had a lot of issues with repairs we had to make. Since I was remote in Las Vegas and the home was for sale in Carson City they (The Lessinger Team) had to do quite a bit of running back and forth with the house to work with contractors and inspectors and stuff like that. We had some unpleasant surprises we had to deal with with the house and things that we didn’t know had to be fixed. They were my eyes and ears dealing with some of these people that we had to hire and deal with to take care of issues with the house, so in that regard, I think they really earned their money.”
