We just wanted to remind you about our client appreciation events that are coming up before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Be sure to save these dates.

We’d like to thank you all for your business and referrals this year by inviting you to a few of our client appreciation events that are coming this holiday season. Many of you may have gotten information about these events already, but I just wanted to remind you to save these dates on your calendar:

Tuesday, November 22, 2016: This is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and we’d like to give all of our clients their choice of one of four free pies for the holidays. If you haven’t received an invitation for this in the mail yet, you will soon. Just call our office (327-9900) to find out how to get your free pie.

Save these dates!

Saturday, December 3rd, 2016: From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., we will have our annual Photos with Santa Claus event in the Ticor Title office at 5441 Kietzke Lane. This is open to all of our clients and their friends, regardless of whether we’ve helped them buy or sell homes this year.

They were my eyes and ears dealing with some of these people that we had to hire and deal with to take care of issues with the house, so in that regard, I think they really earned their money.”

We were trying to get into a rental a month ago and in order to get in the rental, there were other people trying to get in the same rental so I asked them to call the property manager and give us a good referral and they were really happy to do that. That was partly the reason we got into the rental we wanted to get into.”

Cynthia -“They did a lot of research for us and got everything lined up for us so that when we came into town we spent one day looking at 12-14 properties. Then that early evening we wrote an offer on a house so just having everything set up so that we could move quickly was really great. The people who bought our house in California were not able to extend the time that they needed to move in so one of the things that Brian and his team did negotiate for us to actually rent the house we were buying. So, we rented the house for about two weeks. They helped us navigate through getting the utilities set up and getting the internet turned on… Brian was here the whole time to make sure that all of it happened.”
