We actually have a moving enhancement checklist that talks about all the things you can do to get your home ready for sale.

Everything from touching up paint to doing minor repairs will help your home sell. You might even want to consider doing a home inspection so you can address any issues with your home before putting it on the market.

The more move-in ready a house is, the better.
