Today we’re going to talk about referrals, but not necessarily the ones you’re thinking about. Usually when you get something from us that talks about referrals, we’re just talking about the people that you know who are looking to buy or sell a home in Reno/Sparks. What I wanted to let people know today is that there are plenty of referrals that we can give to you in return.

For starters, we have a great network of real estate agents we work with from all over the country. Through Re/MAX and our coaching company, we know Realtors from all around the country. Even if you aren’t looking to buy or sell a home here, we can help get you connected with somebody who works in the market that you are buying or selling in.

We are here to be your resource.

All you’ve got to do is give our office a call and we will put you in touch with a great agent. We know most of these agents personally. If we don’t, we will connect with someone we do know who is in a nearby area to see what their recommendation is. This network doesn’t stop in the U.S., however. Re/MAX has offices all over the globe.

Our referrals don’t stop with real estate agents, either. We also have great vendors that we’ve done business with in the past that we would love to recommend to you if your home needs to have any work done. We can even give you recommendations for good doctors or even good restaurants in town. We are here to be your resource.

Then that early evening we wrote an offer on a house so just having everything set up so that we could move quickly was really great. The people who bought our house in California were not able to extend the time that they needed to move in so one of the things that Brian and his team did negotiate for us to actually rent the house we were buying. So, we rented the house for about two weeks. They helped us navigate through getting the utilities set up and getting the internet turned on… Brian was here the whole time to make sure that all of it happened.”
