We get asked a lot about additional services we offer outside of buying and selling homes. Today we’re discussing all the other services we offer to help you out.

Here at the Lessinger Team, we provide some services that you might not be aware of.

We get asked a lot about these services, so I wanted to touch on them today.

Firstly, I wanted you to know that we help clients interested in investing in real estate and help them buy rental properties. We also do property management on rentals if you need us to. In fact, we have two full-time people working in full-service property management.

We offer a number of special services you might not know about.

We can also help you if you need to find vendors for things like roofing and plumbing. We manage about 100 rental houses, so we have these vendors working on our homes on a regular basis. We know we can trust them to do quality work. It doesn’t just stop there, though, we even help people who are new to the area find places like a great restaurant for you and your spouse to visit, for example. We love to be that resource you can call for pretty much anything you need help with in Northern Nevada.

Additionally, if you have friends or family members in other cities who haven’t bought or sold a house in a long time, I have a network through RE/MAX with agents in pretty much every city in America. We can refer to great agents in other cities, so you can be sure they’re being taken care of just as well as you would be with us.

Those are just a few of the services that we offer that some people don’t know about, and we’ll discuss them even more in the future.

We were trying to get into a rental a month ago and in order to get in the rental, there were other people trying to get in the same rental so I asked them to call the property manager and give us a good referral and they were really happy to do that. That was partly the reason we got into the rental we wanted to get into.”

Cynthia -“They did a lot of research for us and got everything lined up for us so that when we came into town we spent one day looking at 12-14 properties. Then that early evening we wrote an offer on a house so just having everything set up so that we could move quickly was really great. The people who bought our house in California were not able to extend the time that they needed to move in so one of the things that Brian and his team did negotiate for us to actually rent the house we were buying. So, we rented the house for about two weeks. They helped us navigate through getting the utilities set up and getting the internet turned on… Brian was here the whole time to make sure that all of it happened.”
