Even if you’re not selling your home, it’s still a good idea to know what it is worth. It’s probably your largest asset, so you should be aware of what the value is.

Feel free to call us or use the link to find out what your home is worth. It may be tempting to just look on Zillow, but we don’t trust those valuations. Online sites often aren’t current or accurate in regards to your home’s value. They don’t take into account similar homes that have sold, and there is no way that these entities can walk into your home and place a value on it.

We can run a comparative market analysis in order to place an accurate value on your home. We take into account your competition, your neighborhood, the condition of your home, and other relevant market factors. This is by far the best way to determine a value for your home.

So, we rented the house for about two weeks. They helped us navigate through getting the utilities set up and getting the internet turned on… Brian was here the whole time to make sure that all of it happened.”
